1. Advanced imported components, such as Mitsubishi or Omron PLC control units, Yaskawa sever motors, Yuken valves etc.
2. Mitsubishi super large CPU can contain 400 groups of files and can be enlarged illimitably by storing the files to disc
3. Industrial computer with microsoft window operation system to input data.
4. It can detect fault automatically and display the fault on screen, you may remove the faults easily.
5. The supplement value, velocity and time of returning die can be set according to different materials.
6. Each bending can be programmed into seven action orders and eight-section speed for operator choice, this will improve
working efficiency and reduce the interferential points of pipe.
7. English or Chinese language are available for choice, other language as per request.
8. Servo motors control feeding shaft, angle rotating shaft and bending shaft, making the precision high and stability good.
9. There are clamping feeding and direct feeding available for choice according to different demands.
10. X, Y, Z coordinates can be changed into Y,B,C processing values automatically.
11. The files can be locked to avoid changing by others.
12. The feeding shaft detects automatically before moving to avoid colliding with other parts.
13. Fine cooling system makes the machine work steadily.
